113 g or approx 1 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
1/2 Cup Barbecue Sauce
2 Tablespoons Justin's Classic Almond Butter
1 Whole Wheat Pizza Crust, homemade or store-bought
1/2 Cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar
1/4 Cup Shredded Mozzarella
Ranch Dressing (optional)
Preheat oven to 350F (177C).
In a small bowl, add barbecue sauce and almond butter; whisk to combine.
Place chicken in a small baking dish and coat with half of barbecue sauce. Bake 20 minutes, or until fully cooked. Remove from oven and shred chicken with two forks.
Spread remaining barbecue sauce over the pizza crust. Top with chicken and onion and sprinkle with cheeses.
Bake pizza 12-14 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cilantro and a drizzle with ranch dressing. Enjoy!
