1 (227 g) Wheel of Brie
1/4 Cup Justin’s Classic Almond Butter
1/2 Cranberry Sauce
Rosemary Sprig (to garnish)
Preheat oven to 350 F (177C).
Carefully slice rind off top and bottom of Brie. Cut wheel in half and place in two ramekins.
Spoon two tablespoons of Justin’s Almond Butter over the top of Brie in each ramekin.
Bake 7-9 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and top with 1/4 cup cranberry sauce. Garnish with rosemary as desired.
Serve immediately with crackers or bread.
