NUTTY ALMOND BUTTER BROCCOLI SALAD

Ingredients

2 Heads of Broccoli, Lightly Steamed
1/2 Cup Justin’s Classic Almond Butter
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
2 Teaspoons Honey
1 Tablespoon Minced Ginger
2 Cloves Garlic
3/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt
Pinch of Black Pepper (to taste)
1/2 Cup Water

Cooking Instructions

In a food processor, blend almond butter, lemon juice, ginger, garlic, salt, pepper, and water until smooth. In a large bowl, toss steamed broccoli with prepared almond butter sauce to coat. Allow broccoli to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Serve cold.
